Space is available for jewellers, restaurants, virtual offices, financial institutions, medical services and other service providers. Book for a 5, 10, 15 or 25-year lease, subject to availability and agreement terms.
Lease prices depend on Rural, Urban or Metro category and selected term. 50% advance and five instalments for the remaining 50%. GST, service charges and legal expenses are extra. For more information contact your District Control Manager (DCM). Open Space Portal Login.
